The director of G.E.M. Building Consultancy Ltd has over 30 years experience within the surveying and building industry, including 25 years working in the insurance industry, specialising in subsidence.

Here at G.E.M Building Consultancy Ltd we aim to give the customer the best experience possible as we strive for complete customer satisfaction. 

 G.E.M Building Consultancy Ltd have spent many years working with various different claim management companies, loss adjusters and contractors gaining invaluable experience and extensive knowledge.

G.E.M. Building Consultancy Ltd is based in Maidstone, Kent and are able to cover most of the Kent area.  We are able to travel further afield by agreement.

As sole Director and surveyor, Gareth is invested into every project that comes into the company , to ensure the highest quality of service.  In 1996 Gareth graduated from the University of East London with a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering and since this time, he has gained membership  of the Chartered Institute of Building and Associate membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.  Gareth was previously an area manager working for a large insurance based claim management company but, decided after 25 years to take the leap to start G.E.M Building Consultancy Ltd in 2018 to become more hands on with the industry.
