With over 25 years specialising in subsidence and structural movement we are able to cary out a specialist survey which will indicate if your home or business is suffering from subsidence. If you wish, we can then provide you with support if you submit a claim to your insurers. 

Insurance claims can be a stressful experience for many reasons, and here at G.E.M. Building Consultancy Ltd we aim to make that process as easy as possible by providing advice if you believe you have been misinformed.

If you have received a Party Wall notice and need a condition survey, then we are able to provide these.  We can also advise on any proposals received with regard to the works.    This can be for your home or business and, can help prevent any future disputes that might arise.
